As a general rule, may a minor under 1.35 m in height travel in the front seat?
A)Todos los vehículos.
B)Sólo los de transporte colectivo.Correct
C)Los autobuses y las motocicletas.
Minors whose height is equal to or less than 1.35 m must travel in the rear seats of the vehicle, always using a restraint device approved according to their height and weight.

There are three exceptions in which minors who do not reach this height may travel in the front seat:

1. When the vehicle does not have rear seats.
2. When all the rear seats are already occupied by minors with the same physical conditions and, therefore, it is not feasible to fit all the seats required at that time.
3. When it is not possible to install the child restraint systems on those seats.

If they occupy the front seats and the vehicle has a frontal airbag, they may only use rear-facing restraint systems if the airbag has been deactivated.
When the height of the minors is over 1.35 m, they may occupy the front seat using the adult seat belt.
