While driving, which phones are allowed to be used?

# Explanation: Phone Use While Driving Only **hands-free** systems are allowed to be used while driving. These systems allow you to make and receive calls without letting go of the steering wheel, keeping both hands available to control the vehicle. Earphones and other systems that require the use of hands are prohibited, as they distract attention and reduce control of the car.
