On this conventional road, what is the maximum speed at which a passenger car may overtake?

Once the Consolidated Text of the Law on Traffic, Motor Vehicle Circulation and Road Safety entered into force on 21 March 2022, the provision that allowed exceeding the maximum speed limit established on conventional roads by 20 km/h was removed. Therefore, from that date onwards, exceeding the speed limit referred to in that provision is not permitted. BOE of 20 December 2021, entry into force on 21 March 2022.
