Once the Consolidated Text of the Law on Traffic, Motor Vehicle Circulation and Road Safety entered into force on 21 March 2022, the provision that allowed exceeding the maximum speed established on conventional roads by 20 km/h was removed. Therefore, from that date onwards, exceeding the speed limit referred to in that provision is not permitted.
