A)passenger cars with a trailer.
B)any vehicle in cases of heavy traffic.
C)vehicles for persons with reduced mobility.Correct
The following drivers must travel on the right-hand hard shoulder, if it is passable and wide enough, and if it is not, they shall use the minimum necessary part of the carriageway:
- Cycles, mopeds, animal-drawn vehicles, special vehicles with a MAM of up to 3,500 kg, vehicles for persons with reduced mobility, and vehicles following cyclists (provided there is no road or part of one specially designated for them).
- Vehicles whose MAM does not exceed 3,500 kg, when travelling in an emergency at an abnormally reduced speed, thereby seriously disrupting traffic; if they do not do so, they shall travel in the right-hand lane.
Vehicles required to use the hard shoulder are prohibited from travelling in a parallel position, except for the following, which may travel two abreast:
- Bicycles: keeping to the far right of the road and forming a single file on sections with limited visibility or when forming groups. On dual carriageways they may not encroach on the carriageway.
- Mopeds: without encroaching on the carriageway under any circumstances.
