Is a minor permitted to travel in the front seat of a passenger car?

A)No.
B)Yes, but they must always use a rearward-facing restraint device.
C)Yes, if they are taller than 135 centimetres.Correct
Minors whose height is equal to or less than 1.35 m must compulsorily occupy the rear seats of the vehicle, always using an approved restraint device appropriate to their height and weight.

There are three exceptions under which minors who do not reach that height may travel in the front seat:

1. When the vehicle has no rear seats.
2. When all rear seats are already occupied by minors with the same physical conditions and it is therefore not feasible to fit all the child seats required at that time.
3. When it is not possible to install child restraint systems in those seats.
If they occupy the front seat and the vehicle has a frontal airbag, they may only use rearward-facing restraint systems if the airbag has been deactivated.

When minors are taller than 1.35 m, they may occupy the front seat using the adult seatbelt.
