May we drive in the bus lane?
A)Yes, when the vehicle is occupied by a minimum number of people.
B)Yes, driving at an abnormally reduced speed.
C)No.Correct
In the bus lane, drivers who are not driving public transport vehicles are prohibited from using said lane. The mention of taxi also authorises taxis to use it.
In sections where the longitudinal marking is a broken line, its general use is allowed in order to perform some manoeuvre other than stopping, parking, changing direction of travel or overtaking, and always giving priority to vehicles travelling in that lane. Therefore, the only manoeuvre allowed is changing direction, provided the lane is delimited by a broken line.
If we make a stop in a bus lane, we will obstruct the normal route of these vehicles, so a stop in this lane is never allowed.
On the sign for a lane reserved for buses, if the mention of taxi appears, taxis are also authorised to drive in that lane.
Do not confuse with the bus stop sign.
