Within a built-up area we may drive in whichever lane is most convenient for our destination provided there is more than one lane in the same direction and they are delimited by road markings. If they are not delimited, we must drive on the right, as on roads outside built-up areas, and we may use the other lanes when traffic or road circumstances make it advisable.
