Which lights should we use to drive between sunset and sunrise?

Any motor vehicle and moped circulating between sunset and sunrise on urban or interurban roads that are sufficiently lit, or at any time of day in tunnels and other road sections affected by the tunnel sign that are sufficiently lit, shall keep on, in addition to the position lights, the dipped beam or short-range lights.
Likewise, this lighting shall also be kept on in built-up areas when the road is insufficiently lit.
