What lighting will we use to drive through this tunnel?

What lighting will we use to drive through this tunnel?
A)Since there is no sign indicating it, we will not use any lighting.
B)We will use at least the low beam or dipped headlights.Correct
C)Since we can see the exit of the tunnel, we will use only the position lights.
With position lights only you cannot drive. We always need position lights plus some other light to accompany them.
The low beam or dipped headlight is intended to illuminate the road at night in front of the vehicle, without dazzling or bothering oncoming drivers, or other road users.
They must be used by all motor vehicles and mopeds travelling between sunset and sunrise on urban or interurban roads sufficiently illuminated, or at any hour of the day through tunnels and other stretches of road affected by the tunnel sign sufficiently illuminated. They will have on, in addition to the position lights, the low beam or dipped headlights. Likewise, said lighting will be used in built-up areas, when the road is insufficiently illuminated.
