If you want to turn right, does the traffic light affect you?
A)No, the traffic light only affects me if I want to continue straight ahead.
B)Yes, I will have to wait for it to turn green.Correct
A non-flashing red light prohibits passage. While it remains lit, vehicles must not pass the traffic light or the nearest stop line before it, if any. If the traffic light is inside or on the opposite side of an intersection, vehicles must not enter it or pass the stop line located before it, if any.
