Can a passenger car drive in the bus lane?
A)No, in no case, it is exclusive for the BUS.
B)Yes, provided that the longitudinal white marking is broken and to perform any manoeuvre.
C)On stretches where the longitudinal white marking is broken, to change direction and giving priority to buses.Correct
In the bus lane, drivers other than those of public transport are prohibited from using that lane. The mention of taxi also authorises them to use it.
On stretches where the longitudinal marking consists of a broken line, its use is generally permitted to perform any manoeuvre that is not stopping, parking, changing direction of travel or overtaking, and always giving priority to vehicles travelling in that lane. Therefore, the only manoeuvre allowed is changing direction, provided the lane is delimited by a broken line.
If we make a stop in a bus lane we will obstruct the normal route of these vehicles, so a stop can never be made in this lane.
In the sign for a lane reserved for buses, if the mention taxi appears, it also authorises taxis to drive in that lane.
Do not confuse with the bus stop sign.
