On which roads should we use dipped headlights between sunset and sunrise?
A)Only on urban roads that are sufficiently lit.
B)On both urban and interurban roads that are sufficiently lit.Correct
C)Only on interurban roads that are insufficiently lit.
The dipped or low-beam headlight is intended to illuminate the road at night in front of the vehicle, without dazzling or annoying drivers coming from the opposite direction, or other road users.
All motor vehicles and mopeds driving between sunset and sunrise on urban or interurban roads that are sufficiently lit, or at any time of day in tunnels and other stretches of road affected by the tunnel sign that are sufficiently lit, must have them on. They must have the dipped or low-beam headlights on, in addition to the position lights. Likewise, they must keep these headlights on in built-up areas when the road is insufficiently lit.

Dipped headlights must also be used when any of the following circumstances occur:
- When high-beam headlights are not available and they need to be used.
- When driving at a speed not exceeding 40 kilometres per hour and high-beam headlights are not being used.
- When there is a possibility of dazzling other road users.
- When driving on any type of road and in circumstances where visibility is significantly less than normal, such as in fog, heavy rain, snowfall, clouds of smoke or dust, or any other similar circumstance, dipped headlights must also be used.
