Can respecting the right of way of motorcyclists prevent accidents?

A)Yes.Correct
B)No, because these drivers do not hinder visibility.
C)No, because they take up little space on the road.
As a 2-wheeled vehicle, motorcycles must respect right of way like any other vehicle with more wheels. The driver of a vehicle who must yield right of way to another must not start or continue their movement or manoeuvre, nor resume them, until having ensured that doing so does not force the driver of the vehicle with priority to abruptly modify their trajectory or speed, and must show with sufficient anticipation, by their way of driving, and especially by gradually reducing speed, that they are indeed going to yield it.
