Do pedestrians have the same rights as drivers to use public roads?

A)Only on residential streets.
B)Yes.Correct
C)No.
Pedestrians have the same right to circulate as drivers. They are another component of traffic and we must respect them, even more so given their great vulnerability. Pedestrians shall have priority: - At duly signposted pedestrian crossings. - When turning with their vehicle to enter another road and there are pedestrians crossing it, even if there is no crossing for them. - When the vehicle crosses a hard shoulder along which pedestrians who do not have a pedestrian zone are travelling. - In pedestrian zones, when vehicles cross them through the crossings provided for that purpose, drivers are obliged to let pedestrians using them pass. - To pedestrians who are about to board or have alighted from a public passenger transport vehicle, at a stop signposted as such, when they are between said vehicle and the nearest pedestrian zone or refuge. - To troops in formation, school files or organised processions
