A)Yes.
B)Yes, but it must be more than 3 years old.
C)No.Correct
The category B licence authorises the driving of motor vehicles whose maximum authorised mass does not exceed 3,500 kg and whose number of seats, including the driver's seat, does not exceed nine.
Within national territory, holders with more than two years of licence seniority may drive motor vehicles without a trailer powered by alternative fuels intended for the transport of goods with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,500 kg but not exceeding 4,250 kg, provided that the mass exceeding 3,500 kg comes exclusively from the excess mass of the propulsion system and provided that the load capacity is not increased compared to the same vehicle. (Alternative fuels: electricity, hydrogen, natural gas, liquefied gas (LPG), etc.)
If these requirements are not met and you wish to drive a vehicle with a GVW exceeding 3,500 kg, you will need a category C1 or C licence, and if it exceeds 9 seats, a D1 or D licence.
