Traffic accidents in general are predictable events, because if they were truly "accidental" they would depend solely on the amount of time one spends behind the wheel. However, this is not the case, as certain circumstances relating to the vehicle, the road, the environment and, above all, the driver increase the likelihood of an accident occurring or of it being more serious.
