What do these signs indicate?

What do these signs indicate?
A)That it is prohibited to travel at more than 60 km/h on the entire road.
B)That it is compulsory to travel at 60 km/h.
C)That it is prohibited to travel at more than 60 km/h at the intersection.Correct
When a prohibition sign is placed on the same post as a danger warning sign, or on the same panel as one, the prohibition will end when the indicated hazard ends. Therefore, in the case of this question, the prohibition on travelling at more than 60 km/h will apply at the intersection. This only applies to danger warning signs combined with speed signs (maximum speed and recommended maximum speed). In the following images: Image 1: We are advised not to travel at more than 50 km/h through the series of dangerous bends ahead. Once these bends have ended, the recommendation will no longer apply. Image 2: These are two independent signs that share the same post. The danger warning sign indicates that the road narrows, and separately there is a no-overtaking prohibition. Overtaking will be permitted again when the "End of no overtaking" or "End of prohibitions" sign is found.
