This sign, in a toll entry lane, requires those travelling in it to...
A)pay using the electronic toll collection system or by other means.
B)use it, even if the vehicle is not equipped with an operational electronic toll collection system.
C)pay exclusively using the dynamic toll or electronic toll collection system.Correct
The sign in the question indicates that vehicles travelling in a lane marked in this way are required to pay the toll exclusively using the electronic toll collection system. Therefore, the vehicle must be equipped with an operational electronic toll collection system.
Do not confuse with the same sign in square form, which indicates that payment using the electronic toll system is possible but not mandatory — that is, payment using other methods is also permitted.
