On this urban road, is overtaking on the right permitted?

B)No, because it may impede the progress of other vehicles.
C)Yes, because the road has two delimited lanes in the same direction of travel.Correct
Within built-up areas, on carriageways that have at least two lanes reserved for the same direction of travel, delimited by longitudinal markings, except in the case of motorways or dual carriageways, overtaking on the right is permitted, provided that the driver of the vehicle doing so first ensures that it can be done without danger to other road users.
There are two further cases in which overtaking on the right is also permitted:
- When a vehicle wishes to turn or stop on the left side and there is sufficient space to overtake it on the right. (Photo 1)
- On two-way roads, to overtake trams travelling along the centre of the carriageway. (Photo 2)
