What does this sign indicate?
A)The maximum speed at which we may travel.
B)The minimum speed at which we must travel.
C)The maximum speed that is advised not to be exceeded, even if meteorological conditions are favourable.Correct
The sign recommends an approximate travelling speed, in kilometres per hour, that is advised not to be exceeded, even if meteorological and environmental conditions, road conditions and traffic conditions are favourable. When placed below a hazard warning sign, the recommendation refers to the stretch where that hazard persists.
Do not confuse it with the "minimum mandatory speed" sign, which requires us to travel at least at the speed shown on the sign.
