Is it permitted to drive to the left of a continuous line?

A)No, under no circumstances.
B)Yes, to overtake.
C)Yes, if the road is one-way.Correct
A continuous longitudinal line indicates that no driver may cross it, drive on it, or — when it separates opposing directions of traffic — drive to its left.
If the road is one-way, driving to its left is permitted, but changing lanes is not allowed until reaching a section where the line is broken.
Two continuous lines have the same meaning.
When the line is noticeably wider than normal, it indicates the existence of a special lane. Only those travelling in that lane may cross this line, to leave it when required by a manoeuvre or the destination they intend to follow.
