Even when overtaking is prohibited, a car may pass, even crossing into the oncoming lane, a...
A)any lorry.
B)any bus or lorry travelling slowly.
C)cyclists.Correct
Drivers may cross into the oncoming lane, even crossing or straddling a continuous line, to overtake slow and vulnerable road users (cyclists, mopeds, pedestrians, animals and animal-drawn vehicles) as well as obstacles or immobilised vehicles (broken down, involved in accidents) unrelated to traffic. These vehicles, due to their low maximum speed and small size, may be overtaken in this case, but always leaving the required lateral safety distance. When overtaking outside built-up areas pedestrians, animals, two-wheeled vehicles or animal-drawn vehicles, vehicles immobilised on the road or breakdown vehicles while carrying out assistance and rescue operations, the manoeuvre must be performed by occupying part or all of the adjacent lane; when more than one lane is available in our direction, we must move completely into the adjacent lane. In any case, the lateral separation must not be less than 1.50 metres.
