Roadworks that in any way impede traffic flow must be signposted, both by day and by night, and marked with luminous beacons during night-time hours or when weather or environmental conditions require it, at the expense of the party carrying out the works, in accordance with the basic regulations established for this purpose by the Ministry of Public Works.
