Must you give way to an ambulance that is using only its special flashing light?

Priority vehicles travelling on an emergency call shall signal their presence by simultaneously using the flashing light and the special acoustic signal emitter. Nevertheless, their drivers may use the flashing light alone when omitting the special acoustic signals poses no danger whatsoever to other users. In the latter case they shall still be considered priority vehicles by other road users, who must give way to them.
