Is it permitted to drive using only the vehicle's position lights between sunset and sunrise?
A)Yes, on sufficiently lit roads within built-up areas.
B)Yes, on any sufficiently lit road.
C)No, the dipped headlights or main beam headlights must also be used.Correct
All vehicles travelling on urban and interurban roads between sunset and sunrise must have their position lights switched on. When the vehicle is in motion, the position lights must always be on together with the dipped headlights, the main beam headlights, or the front fog lights.
Position lights serve to indicate our presence and not to see by, so when driving they must be used together with some other light.
