B)Always, because they have priority.
C)When it enters from my right.Correct
At intersections where there is no sign regulating right of way, we must yield to vehicles approaching from the right.
This rule applies at all times, except in the following cases:
- Vehicles travelling on a paved road have right of way over those coming from an unpaved road.
- Vehicles travelling on rails, such as trams, have priority over all other road users.
- Vehicles already circulating within a roundabout have priority over those intending to enter it.
- Vehicles travelling on a motorway or dual carriageway have right of way over those intending to join it. Therefore, in the case of an animal-drawn vehicle, the general right-hand priority rule applies.
