A car is travelling through an insufficiently lit through-road (travesía), what lighting must it use?

Dipped headlights must be used together with sidelights between sunset and sunrise, on urban roads, through-roads and sufficiently lit interurban roads, and on insufficiently lit urban roads and through-roads. Within built-up areas, the use of full beam (high beam) headlights is prohibited.
