C)young people between 15 and 29.Correct
Traffic accidents are one of the main causes of death and serious injury among young people between 15 and 29 years old.
This age group is especially exposed to road risk because of factors such as inexperience, lower perception of danger and, in some cases, risk-taking behaviour.
For this reason, road safety education is especially important for young drivers and riders.
